Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan brings more than 40 years of experience as a medical device executive and entrepreneur to LifeLens Technologies, Inc. Mr. Sullivan began his career at American Hospital Supply, Inc. and had his entrepreneurial start at SCIMED Life Systems, Inc. At SCIMED, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and simultaneously GM of the Ancillary Division, and a key member of the executive team that built the company from zero to a market-leading position in the field of angioplasty and interventional cardiology. SCIMED was sold to Boston Scientific, Inc. and remains a significant part of the company. Mr. Sullivan was subsequently involved as CEO, co-founder, and/or Board member of eleven successful med-tech start-ups, ten of which have sold or become public.
A few recent transactions include the WATCHMAN (Aritech, Inc.) which was acquired by Boston Scientific Corporation in January 2011; SuperDimension, LTD., which was acquired by Covidien in March 2012; and NeuWave Medical, Inc. which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in March 2016.
Mr. Sullivan spends his spare time flying Mig fighter jets with "The Hoppers," the first civilian formation team, that he co-founded.
Chief Technology Officer
Landy Toth
Mr. Toth is a key inventor, Company founder, and is responsible for LifeLens’ development efforts to date. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Toth has successfully built medical device technologies within startup environments. His focus has been the development and commercialization of wearable and interventional diagnostic medical technologies. He presently has 368 publications across 44 patent families. His portfolio has a grant rate greater than 70% after 2 years.
Mr. Toth holds a MASc from the University of Toronto and a BASc from the University of Waterloo.
Chief Financial Officer
Brent Moen
Mr. Moen most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. a publicly held medical device company, from September 2018 until March 2023. Prior to joining Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. Mr. Moen served as Chief Financial Officer of Entellus Medical, a publicly held medical device company, from May 2016 until the company’s acquisition by Stryker Corporation in February 2018. Prior to joining Entellus Medical, Mr. Moen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABRA Auto Body & Glass LP, an automotive collision repair company, from November 2013 to May 2015. Mr. Moen previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Regis Corporation, a publicly held owner, franchisor and operator of beauty salons, from January 2011 to December 2012. Mr. Moen held various financial roles of increasing responsibility with Regis Corporation, beginning in 2000.
Mr. Moen holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and started his professional career with Coopers and Lybrand.

The LifeLens Wireless ECG Monitor is intended for use by patients 18 years or older. The LifeLens Wireless ECG Monitor is not intended to be worn during defibrillation. The system is not yet FDA cleared for other indications.
