Hands-on experience with system development, testing, and validation
Strong knowledge and/or hands-on experience in the design and development of hardware systems, product development, and design for manufacturing
Experience with all aspects of board development, schematic design, layout, RF layout, production, and manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with eCAD such as Altium, in a product development setting
Hands-on experience with micro-controller development, ARM processors, ultra-low power design methodologies
MATLAB Algorithm design/Modeling
MATLAB System performance Analysis
Verification of DSP Software, Firmware & Hardware
Digital Signal Processing Architecture Design
Component/Subsystem Test and Validation
High Speed Digital Printed Circuit Board Design
FPGA/CPLD Firmware Development (Verilog/VHDL)
Experience with C, C++, java, and Python languages
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and proven product development experience
Experience in hardware development under medical design controls a plus
Experience with various rapid prototyping tools a plus
Excellent analytical and technical written communication skills
Experience in a regulated environment such as government or healthcare preferred.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years’ work experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years’ work experience preferred, in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related degree.
Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment

Product development, prototyping, new function integration, from concept to production
Troubleshooting test set-ups to find sources of error and perform failure analysis
Establishing manufacturing controls and processes
Providing test procedures to verify product conformance
Analyze test data and provide report of findings
Digital hardware design/development
Embedded hardware, software, or firmware design
Embedded systems architecture development
